Hey! Marina Botchkareva <> LOL -- I'm receiving exactly the same email messages and photos as mentioned above. Even the dates match -- that guy must be working fulltime getting out all the emails!! HAHAHA! I was contacted through too.

This isn't my first scam experience. The first time was two years ago... in the beginning the messages were very flattering and seem sincere, but later turned to pleadings of hardship, family illnesses, and dire economic conditions. Clearly the course was leading to a request for financial assistance -- I ended the correspondence.

I've had several hits from ostensible solemates and there are some telltale signs that seem common amongst these scammers -- just my observations:
1) They contact you via written message, never just a smile or flirt, and somehow there's no evidence that they've viewed your profile.
2) They request that you contact them using their email address, which is usually ''
3) When you view their profile, their online presence is always somewhere within the US.
4) They're always very attractive young women, yet somehow enamored with old farts.
5) When you write them, they respond promptly and with flattering words. But you can't get an answer to a straightforward question.
6) By the second or third email they are totally in LOVE.
7) You can't call them -- they lack the facilities.
8) They live at home with parents and siblings. Usually a small apartment in an obscure russian village that's near a major city.
9) They claim to be well educated; often post-graduates with advanced degrees. My first claimed to be an MD!
10) They can't afford a computer, so they use an internet cafe for email. I suppose the photos that they attach to their emails are on a flash-drive they bring from home... But if they don't have a computer at home, how'd they get the photos on the flash-drive...? They must have USB ports on their digital cameras!! LOL

She's attempting the same scam on me too her e-mail is, the exact same e-mails and is going under the name Marina Bochkarewa <>

I've had several scams as well and I'm enjoying the leading her on to waste their time. Never send any money. Sometimes it's funny to hear what they have to say as you 'just say NO!'

Fucking commies! Here's the latest one from my future wife, Marina Botchkareva. Die you Russian scum!

I just want to add few things... I think last time I wrote you not all
my thoughts... My mind is always in a mess when I write you because
it's hard to write everything to somebody who is so far away. I don't
remember if I wrote last time I've never been married, don't have
kids but I love them and they love me! I wrote you I teach children
how to dance and I know how to understand their wishes and worries.
I don't smoke, drink occasionally.
And I want to tell you that I always wanted to find an older man.
Why? I have two answers..
Firstly, I think older men are much more serious and they can take
care of me, they are more experienced in life and can teach me many
things. Have you heard a saying 'The older the violin, the sweeter the
music'? I believe in it... I think I'm not that young already but I
don't have much experience in life and I want to have someone who has
more experience in life then me.
Secondly... maybe I'm not right about it... but I want to be honest
I've always had such worry... if I marry a man nearly my age...
and after some years I will become not that young and beautiful... I
think it's more hard for a woman to be attractive then for a man...
and he will find a younger mistress and I will become very miserable.
I don't want my man to be unfaithful. I know I can be faithful to my
man and I will never cheat on him.
But this is just my worries. This is not my goal. Please tell me if
you think you will love your woman at any age and not find a younger
one? Can you be faithful?
Also I want to tell you that I learned english in university, so I don`t
use any translators, and I can speak english as good as I write on it.
I hope we will have no problems in communications. I feel that
you are very nice man I really want to meet you. If you will not like
me or something else we can be just friends.
I hope I will get my work visa soon in Moscow and all documents and I
come to you! I don't have any area limits with this visa so I can work
where I want.
And one more thing.. i'm sending few pics of my city from different
seasons so you can see where I live. The pic where you see the
building with Russian flag is a place where I work as a teacher of
dances. And one photo I made when I saw a funny car on a street and decided
to make a photo with it.
I'm just trying to be honest with you and write you all my thoughts on
different issues. Please be always honest with me also....
I will write you later, I will look if I have more nice photos to send
Have a good day!

Heres what I am doing with Galina:

Don't let them know you are onto them.
Keep corresponding and make sure you get the money request, and the exact NAME of the person to send the money to. This is the only real thing in the whole scam - photos, letters, stories and feelings are all fake. Keep them busy; they only have so much time on their hands. Play along; they often don't even read the letters until they ask you for money. When they ask for money, send them to the bank a few times - give them an imaginary money transfer number (Western Union has 10-digit numbers; MoneyGram - 8-digit numbers). Waste their time as they have wasted yours. Have fun.
